Gymbori is a workout tracker for strength training. Start from your template, see what you lifted last time next to every set, and let the rest timer tell you when to go again.
Everything you need while you train, and nothing you don't.
Every set shows what you did in the same set last session, so you know exactly what to beat.
It starts when you tick a set off, with its own length for each exercise. A chime and a buzz tell you when it's time, you set the volume or turn either off, and if you go over, it counts how long.
Put your phone down between sets. The countdown and your next set wait on the lock screen, and you can add time or skip the rest without opening the app.
Search by name, filter by muscle or equipment, and add your own for anything that's missing.
Save your routines and group them into coloured folders. Change something mid-workout and Gymbori asks whether to update the template too.
Finish a workout and see which lifts beat your best. Stats keeps your best set for every exercise, with a chart of your estimated one-rep max over time.
Every session, with its notes, by date. Jump to any day, fix a workout after the fact, run it again, or save it as a new template.
The home screen shows this week's volume, how many sessions you've done and how often you've trained recently.
Your workouts are saved on your phone and no internet is needed, so a basement gym with no signal is fine. Back everything up to a file whenever you like, and restore it on a new phone.
Set it up once. After that, every workout starts with a single tap.
Start from one of your saved routines, or start empty and add exercises as you go.
Enter weight and reps next to last session's numbers and tick each set off. The rest timer takes it from there.
Tap Finish to see what you beat. The workout goes into your history and your stats.
